i have recently started not keeping my weight back during my swing. what can i do tokeep my weight on my back foot and keep from launching at pitches.

Hi

you do not want to keep your weight on your back foot you want to keep your hands back. They are not the same thing. Go down to the discussion of 'heel to the sky' and read about getting the heel up and not the weight back to generate the greatest bathead speed. Jack suggests that thinking about pulling your lead shoulder toward the catcher has your hands begin forward may help.
