Has anyone else noticed that just before the stride foot hits ground, and then slightly after when the swing starts, that the process is just mirroring the legs-if you know what I mean? If you watch a swing clip pause it just before stride foot hits ground, notice the legs, then pause again after the swing is just starting. The legs are in the same position only a mirror of the puased frame I mentioned before.
