I have been reviewing everything that has been said about the mechanics of the swing on this site and it is good stuff. I'm having a tough time understanding torque though. With torque, how long are you doing this in the swing? Is this applied at contact? Is it just in the gearing mode to launching position? Is safe to say then that casting is extending both arms early and that extending the front arm early full is good?
