Everyone will go through a slump, its a part of the game. Something that might help is to use a heavier bat then your game bat and do GOOD reps. Concentrate on mechanics and making sure you are doing everything right. I think the biggest thing is to not worry about your last at bat or your last game, just get over them and concentrate on improving yourself.
