Why doesn't this guy hit more. He has a swing like Ted Williams (follow through). Then again everyone cannot play for a losing organization.

Hi Teacherman,

I saw Ben Grieve participate in The Home Run Challenge approximately half a decade ago, and he was "staying behind the ball," and pulling nearly every pitch thrown to him. One commentator then suggested his swing was "fluid," but not his "normal swing." I believe the latter is the one you are seeing right now, more precisely, the stroke that absconds from pulling every pitch. Once again, following conventional baseball wisdom has yielded tragic results.
