Can anyone give me some insight on this subject. I play slo-pitch softball and everyone on the team tells me to keep the back elbow up all the time. But all the research if've done tells you it's better to keep it down. What is better, can someone give me the pros and cons on having the elbow up and the pros and cons on having it down and finally tell me what is actually better. Thanks!
