Jack:Clarification

I'm trying to do the top-hand drill that dvelops the CHP. You said in an earlier post that you don't use the wrist to accelerate the bathead, you just rotate. My question is does that mean that the wrist remains uncocked and sort of "stiff" during this drill? Is there any wrist action at all-even at the end of the swing (any torque or wrist movement at all?) So if you were aiming to do these one hand swings at the bag on an inside pitch, wouldn't that mean that bat head be behind the contact point, angling down the opposite line-whereas in a fullswing the bathead would be out front more angling to the pullfield?
Also you say that it might take a hundred or so tries to get the drill right, so does one tell if they're doing it right?
