What I tell my kids is to focus on two points. 1st, have a relaxed stance with good rhythm in their pre swing movements, hands loose. 2nd, on their finish, they should be able to stay balanced and hold the position. Everything in the middle should be explosive, at 100%.
If they are muscling up, you will see it in the pre swing movements, or they will be off balance.
