Im Having a lot of trouble getting into the Ready Launch position smoothly then initiating my swing. In the Swing Mechanics thing of Sammy Sosa It seems like his hands just magically get from where his hands are in the timing step to the ready launch position. I need help getting my hands from where they are in the timing step to the ready launch position. Tanks
