Re: How can i correct over torquing the upper body or shoulders

Jason. You could rest the bat on your shoulder in your set up like George Brett with the back elbow up. Also watch Manny Ramirez. He keeps it simple with the back elbow up and uses a slight leg lift to facilitate the start.
