We do form swing drills - 3 drills, 30 reps each, 3x a week.

Two times a week we hit the heavy bag, setting up for an outside pitch - about 25 reps. Then we put nerf balls on the tee set up inside - again about 25. Then we hit wiffle golf balls with a broomstick, flipped in from about 15 feet - 10 out, 10 in, 10 up, 10 down, 10 out&down, 10 out&up, 10 in&down, 10 in&up. Take a breather whenever and cut it short if concentration drops.

It is really kind of cool ... we do these together with some really rocking tunes for 30 to 45 minutes, taking turns. The rest of the world disappears while we sweat and razz each other.

Whenever the weather is good we bag anything else and head to a field and get full pitches from the mound.
