I'm curious to know if anyone knows of any ways to consistently make contact? I feel as if I have vastly improved my swing, and if I can consistently make contact, I'd be is very good shape. I know this because every time I DO make contact, I hit the ball very far.

I have a son that was having the same problem making contact or hitting the ball into the ground. After watching his swing I found that he was starting his swing late. When his timming was correct he could and would hit the ball a ton.
We corrected it by hitting more live pitching (no pitching machine).
Remember that practice makes permenant.
