Try letting the ball get deeper in the zone. This will give you more time to see the ball which should help your struggling bat and will let force you to go the opposite way with the ball. Nothing should change with your swing much. Load a little bit later if the ball is outside still open up your hips and rotate but the back elbow will work away from the body just a little. When you let the ball get deeper make sure you recognized the inside pitch cause you will have to fight that one off.
