Swing Plane

Hi,
Lately, I've been trying to use more tht. But when I try to use it more, i find that my swing plane isn't smooth. There are dips in the swing plane causing pop-ups to the infielders. If anyone knows what may be causing this and knows what to do to correct it please let me know.
