Ok, but, would you not agree that if the top hand is the batters naturally dominant hand, that nature takes over and, they can't help but be at LEAST more dominant with that hand, even though thy may be as you like to say, effectively "tourqing" both hands? ITHINK thats why Williams says he would have been an even better hitter, had he been naturally left handed. On a side note, an interesting one I believe, is that a lot of hockey players are naturally right handed but, have left handed shots, where the hand closest to the point of contact, is NOT with their dominant hand.
Food for thought at best I guess...
