Winter work outs have started for my 9 year old and it has started already.I have heard them say things like he is swinging up at the ball.I guess coaches just cant leave a kids swing aloan.One thing that my son was doing that bothered me during a soft toss drill is that after he swings at the ball and the bat has came back around to his left shoulder he sometimes takes a step tward the plate with his left foot to keep his ballance.Any of you guys have some insight??thanks Jim
