It's funny how ONE video clip, not just Bonds but, others, can produce a multitude of opinions and analysis. I think it go's without saying, that it's due to the fact that there's a multitude of things going on in a very short period of time?
I mean, if were as easy as 2 plus 2 equals 4, then there wouldn't be the need for discussion and, the healthy opposing views that make it enjoyable. I mean,talk about opposite end of the spectrum views!
Ted Williams, guys, Ted Williams,said in a no nonsense way;"conclusion, the baseball swing, is a hard PUSH swing."
Guys like Gwynne, say;it's the pull that provides the pop, when analyzing Bonds' swing. Talk about opposing views!And, because they were so darn good at what they did, they must know what they're talking about. But...they're not saying the same thing or, are they?
But, we will to continue to forever look for the baseball truth.
Why? Terrance Manne, from Field of Dreams, said it best;
"Because it's baseball Ray...it's baseball"
