What bat size to use

She plays fastpitch competetive softball fast hands and weighs 110lbs height 5-3 to 5-4 and 14 yrs old.What is your openion on the size bat for her size.They say she pulls her head out i think she just dropping her shoulder when she swings she turns her ankle way around on her back foot
