I play junior college baseball i might not be in the majors but theres just one thing i dont agree on that you use for an example on your site...this would be the image of the guy who hit it 500 hundred feet...obvisouly hes a professional and he can get away with somethings he has already made it big so he really doesnt need to fine tune his mechanics...to me that swing looks like a very strong man hitting a baseball and getting away with a very long swing...the way i see it is to stay on top of of the ball use your top hand and drive the ball with the shortest quickest swing possible and never Dip your back shoulder at all its hard to do but in my experiance works best...your not going to be able to hit a 90 mile an hour fast ball at your letters if u wanna dip and jack it you have to stay on top off it not drop your shoulders
