I can think of nothing worse to tell a hitter then to attempt to pull the pitch on the outer half...using Bonds and Mac and other MLB freaks (juicers) as a model for sound hitting mechanics for all levels of a fundamentally sound baseball swing is wrote with holes and will lead to more rollover ground ball (from a right-hander) outs to the SS and 3B then any coach worth his weight could ever stomach…
