Don't worry about the box, forget the box. To worry about the box means you have to set plane to early and you end up turning like heck. Low adjustability, fewer squared balls, to slow.

Let the hands turn the bat, arc the bat all the way to contact. If you think about what the hands have to do in order to get the bat to arc rearward and then maintain an arc to the ball, the lower body will take care of itself. in other words if you get the hands to do what they need to do the the rest of your body will respond.
