Is there a relationship between your hitting differences with the differences in pitchers? Do you hit F'ballers differently from off-speed guys? If you see a common thread, it may be telling you where you need to make anticipation adjustments rather than some mechanical thing.

'Flat' compared to what? The ground? Your top hand? On a down-and-out pitch (for example), your bottom hand will not be flat with the ground.
