11 year old son

I am so frustrated..My 11 year son keeps striking out. He does fine in practice, however, when he gets up to bat in a game, he strikes out. He has lost his confidence and now is convinced he will strike out each game. The coach keeps telling him he is pulling his head. Does anyone have any advice? We have even taken him to lessons and am constantly working with him? He hits the ball well in lessons....About to give up.
