In all due respect, I'm not sure what point either of you are trying to make? Front bicep pinches...? That's a first for me.
I would also say the front shoulder has no other choice but, to "stop moving", as you say Graylon, due in large part of the fact, that the hands, arms and, bat, were faced with an opposing force, the pitch.
Again, I'm not clear as to the points of the posts.
