hands up Posted by: Cash O (heavyhitta008@aol.com) on Thu Jun 2 15:00:26 2005 Why are you supposed to keep your hands chest high while you are batting. When i keep mine chest high it is easier to dip my shoulder and miss a ball right down the middle.
