Dropping the elbow when I swing Posted by: Lindsay (quarterhorse1060@cs.com) on Sat Jun 11 07:39:38 2005 When i bat, i always drop my elbow and then swing. No one has corrected me much on it, they've just informed me that I do it. I am trying to correct the problem, but I'm not sure what is the best way to do so. I am open to any suggestions.
