Droping Rear Shoulder

I've been playing softball since I was a child and I was never taught the proper batting technique. I've been told that I keep droping my right shoulder and the ball continues to pop up.. I've choked up on the bad, shifted around in the batters box etc etc and I keep dropping my back shoulder. Does anyone have any suggestions?
