rotating every thing at the same time Posted by: Jason (dcharger01@yahoo.com) on Thu Jun 23 06:55:56 2005 Jack I was wondering if when you start to rotate does every thing rotate together or does your hips and chest already face the pitcher before you rotate your torso and shoulders, then the bat is brought into the contact position?
