soft tossing

Soft tossing is a good way to work on a batters mechanics. Ive created a twist on the soft toss. Instead of using one ball u will use two at the same time. Holding both balls in one hand one on top one on the bottom. Then u will toss both balls into the air only upon release u will call out either top or bottom. The batter will then hit either the top or bottom ball depending on what u will call. This will create better hand eye coordination. However i would reccomend normal soft tossing first (one ball). Until muscle memory developes then i would switch to this form of softtossing.
