Slump

For some reason I have seemed fall into a slump after finding much success. I have narrowed it down to a things it may be.
1. I may have a bad approach to the plate compared to what it used to be.
2. I may need to go down to a 32" bat.
3. I'm too anxious.

My question is this, has anyone went down to a 32" from a 33" before? How did it go for you?
