HI every one! I've been working on this rotational swing now for about 3 weeks. I play slow pitch softball so im not sure if that has anything to do with it but im constantly hitting little pop ups to the infield and even to the catcher. I have video taped my self and noticed my front leg is usually bent at contact not locked. Is this the problem or does the angle of the bat not work with the arc that the pitch is coming in at?
