> I AM A 12 YEAR OLD KID ON AN ALLSTAR TEAM I CAN MAKE CONTACT VERY WELL BUT ALL I GET IS LITTLE BLOOPERS I DONT KNOW WHAT IM DOING WRONG. ALL MY COACHES ARE TELLING ME ALL DIFFERENT THINGS LIKE TO LEAN ON MY FRONT FOOT AND AND OTHER PEOPLE ARE TELLING ME TO PUT WHEIGHT ON MY BACK FOOT. I DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO. PLEASE HELP ME!!!!!!

well, seeing as you are 12, you may not have much stregnth, which can help in power, but by all means is not required.

if you are hitting bloops right outside the reach of infielders in shallow outfield, sounds like you actually ARNT making solid contact... maby you are swinging a little under the ball...

my 2 cents
