I was reading the section about bat speed relating to "pop" and was wondering what you think the relationship between "pop" and wrist resistance is. My grandfather, who played pro ball and was a mathematician, always talked about the strength of the wrists helping to carry the bat through the zone so that there is less "give" with the bat. Your thoughts?
