First of all, a level swing isn't going to hit the ball out of the park. Second of all, we can't give you tips unless we know what your swing looks like in the first place.
As for the first guy, how many swings do you take on average in a round of batting practice, how many rounds have you taken, how often? These all relate to your muscle memory, maybe your great mechanically sound swing has not become a habit yet, and it needs to. Also, try to not think when you're up at the plate, hitting must be an automatic action.

Anti-Spambot Question:

   Single, double, triple, homerun
   Four singles
   Three homeruns
   Three stikeouts
