Lead Arm

I've been having problems with my lead arm. I noticed that I've been swinging under the ball all the time, as a result of my lead arm lowering, becasue I lower my front elbow as soon as the swing starts. So I started with my hands higher in my stance, but now my hands lower to where they used to be when I stride and bering the hands back. Any tips?
