Re: Re: Re: Bat Drag vs Bat Lag Posted by: John (joneal@hereintown.net) on Wed Aug 20 20:52:58 2008 To keep from having "bat drag" the hands need to be hidden from the pitcher. This will allow you to start a circular hand path.
I feel bat drag usually starts when the hands are held to far out in front of the body and the hands are not able to rotate with the body and "drag" behind. Followups:
