Hey good question but i have a couple years coaching experience and ive seen it alot. You are right, the right shoulder is always going to be lower. This is ok if and only the swing is level...if the shoulder drops because your "dipping" ( this is when the bat goes down and back up to pop it up or a swing for the fences) then it is wrong and you should practice keeping a level swing on the ball to decrease the chances of a bad habit.
