Flat Hands and Extension PLEASE ANSWER JACK!!!

Hi
I got Two question to ask my first question is how do you maintain flat hands and keeping top hand underneath??
My second question is extending the lead arm drive through the ball and finish your swing with extension..????

Do you teach this or something better then this???
