> Hi in the video for the drill to develop rotation you start with the contact position, raise the lead heel, rotate back the heel, body and bathead and then swing. Do you put the lead heel back down and swing or do you keep it up still?

In this drill, you rotate around toward contact in the exact opposite way that you rotated back toward the launch position. So you would drop the lead hill and rotate the foot out forward to straighten the lead leg when coming toward the contact position.
