Hi All,

I'm sure Tim Olson is putting some stuff together as I type this message (which means he has a day and a half as slow as I type) so I figured I would give you another URL to copy and paste (just to keep the juices flowing, hopefully). The clip will show A-Rod from a front view which may not be the best angle for observing the swing but on the other hand the front view may offer some tidbit of information for you.

At any rate, the URL is http://www.geocities.com/texas_softball/Baseball/A-ROD1.gif

If we could come up with a over head shot of A-Rod it would really be nice. I don't know where we could get an overhead shot but just to show you an example of what we could see here is a over head shot of Pete Rose.

The URL for Rose is http://www.geocities.com/texas_softball/rosebud.gif

And to think I've heard some folks mention that Rose was linear. Huh. I guess it depends on who you talk to and what exactly their definition of linear (or rotational ) is.

P.S. I hi-jacked a lot of these clips from Tim so when he gets his stuff ready you may see some of the same footage (concerning A-Rod that is).
