>>> Jack, I've watched your video about five times already. I've been hitting the heavy bag, and today I went to the cages for the first time. I'm liking this a lot!

My question is this: if I wanted to model one major league baseball player's swing, who should it be? In your opinion, who utilizes the best rotational mechanics?

Thanks; and keep up the great work! <<<

Hi Carlos

To be honest, I have not studied in great detail the mechanics of the newer hitters. I will try to tape more of their games this year. But I think it will be tough to beat the swing of Barry Bonds. It is smooth, fluid and can deliver great bat speed over a wide range of pitch placements. Those mechanics have served him well over a long-playing career.
