HI GnR

If you fix the bailing the hands dropping may show a huge correction. Stepping out forces the hands to drop so that he can hit the ball. As you step out the shoulders will level off and pull the head out also therefore to hit a ball a player must drop their hands to compensate for the level shoulders.

Always remember to try to fix problems from the beginning(setup) to the end(follow through) and from the bottom(feet) to the top (hands) when making mechanical corrections.
