I think that mike has created a training style to try and get kids do do some basic movements and to try to simplfy the process to quickly learn this process,it may be that some of it is to acquire a swing like his from his playing days,seems designed from what youll say to lift low pitches,does he still profess the pinball theory ,I never agreed with that as it was explained.
