FASTPITCH BATTING MECHANICS

We just took our 8u team from Rec ball to select. We are overwhelmed with all the different batting mechanics taught! Most of the girls hit the ball well, but are not always consistent. Does anyone have any advice on any instructional videos to help us with basic mechanics for the girls?
