Okay, your daughter is in the same boat that I'm currently in now. Throw her live pitching... and live pitching... and more LIVE PITCHING. Make sure she is seeing the ball all the way out of your hand. Ask her to rate on a scale of 1-5 on how she's seeing the ball when you throw it. Keep her working on it. Followups:
