Get the Final Arc II, it's very good for teaching kids the correct body mechanics. Also, if you can get a heavy bag for her to hit (could even be a canvas duffel bag or laundry bag full of pine bark mulch (the dry stuff)) that will be helpful. Getting the girls to swing at the bag like they're taking an axe to a tree helps them get the idea of getting their hips and shoulders into the swing.

I think I saw somewhere on this site that you can send video in for coaching critique. Maybe in the "Order Products" section.
