Read the article on Pujols "Swing of Beauty" and then explain to the rest of us why the greatest hitter today in baseball actually trains to avoid "pulling the ball?"

Pujols hits almost every one to rightfield, exhaling in short, sharp bursts -- Whew! Whew! -- that ripple his upper lip as he makes contact. "He'll go four or five weeks before he pulls the ball," Mihlfeld says.

Would think the greatest hitter today in baseball would not want to avoid pulling the ball if in fact HE thought it would help him?

Hi grc,

I have to go though the last three required courses in the cirriculum (I take two a semester), and study for my general and specific exams. Then I have to write my dissertation, and have it defended. It is the final parts that are the most difficult to get through.

Thanks you concern, grc.

I would like to point out that even when I receive my doctorates, I still have to publish articles in order to differentiate myself from other doctoral candidates.

For me, the process is just as rewarding as the reward itself.

Best,
Geoff

P.S. I have a debate planned for this board...stay tuned!
