> I did a test a while back with free weights and then another season I did weight training with cable machines doing exercises with the cables that mimic the movements of the swing along with shoulder chest and lunge types of moves and alot more stretching and I found that I was able to hit the ball much further with the cable routine ,I feel due to the stretch factor and being able to apply force over a longer range of movement.This test was with the tee,and same balls,same bat same field,me 1 year older[bad at 44]



Try to get involved in a powerlifting or Oly Lifting sport.
