hi charlie how is that player hitting

hi charlie is that player struggling at the plate ?Isee many sucessful batters withvery little bend in there lead arm.Iwould be concerned if the back elbow gets to far away from body, Ibelive to start the swing the back elbow should come down to the lower rib area stay close to the trunk as the trunk rotates to contact.

at contact the lead arm can be sticking out and still be close to chest area while the back arm forms a backwards L .
