First bruce Lee never did it other than in the movie "Enter The Dragon" or perhaps you saw him as Kato in the Green Hornet series. I had an opportunity to see Bruce Lee at Madison Square Garden in the late 60's as a student of the Martial arts and he was incredible...but let's stick to hitting a baseball and what humans can really do.

I toally agree about purchasing the video, and as for the comparison I know its different, the only thing I was talking about was the amount of energy that can be built up through the body and exploding through compact movements.. As for Bruce Lee... Its not fiction as I saw it , and was at a tournament in LA. I watched the video footage anyway... And is also talked about in his book. And this comparison as to the kinetic energy makes Jacks style all the more interesting to me ... Thanks for your input.
